Ordering times
Order cut off times are pre-defined by the day and time picker with the following considerations:

1. Pick-ups Aguadilla Store

Orders for Aguadilla Store must be picked up in person at Levain Bakery in Aguadilla. There are no delivery or shipping options available yet. Pick-up days are Fridays from 7 AM to 12 PM / Saturdays from 8 AM - 12 PM (Pick up times subject to change in accordance to COVID-19 related curfew. Please check our social media channels for updates). Please abide by social distancing measures and wear a protective mask when arriving for pick-ups.

2. Pick-ups Viejo San Juan Store (Mercado Agrícola Natural VSJ)

Orders for Viejo SJ Store must be picked up in person at the SJ Market designated pick-up point. There are no delivery or shipping options available yet. Pick-up day is Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Pick up times subject to change in accordance to COVID-19 related curfew. Please check our social media channels for updates). Please abide by social distancing measures and wear a protective mask when arriving for pick-ups.

3. Pick-ups Mayagüez Store (Located at El Viandón)

Orders for Mayagüez Store must be picked up in person at the Mayagüez designated pick-up point. There are no delivery or shipping options available yet. Pick-up day is Fridays from 2 PM to 3:30 PM (Pick up times subject to change in accordance to COVID-19 related curfew. Please check our social media channels for updates). Please abide by social distancing measures and wear a protective mask when arriving for pick-ups.

4. Pick-ups Rincón Store (Located at Karibe Kombucha)

Orders for Rincón Store must be picked up in person at the Rincón designated pick-up point. There are no delivery or shipping options available yet. Pick-up day is Friday from 11:30AM to 1PM (Pick up times subject to change in accordance to COVID-19 related curfew. Please check our social media channels for updates). Please abide by social distancing measures and wear a protective mask when arriving for pick-ups.

5. Online Aguadilla Store Ordering                                                                   

Online orders have to be made 2 days in advance. Example: If you want to pick-up your order on a Friday you must place your online order by Wednesday 8pm. If you couldn't place your order in time, we will always have an additional production available for pick-up at the bakery the same day while it lasts. Please contact the bakery for same day order pick-ups (787)-658-6220.

6. Online Viejo SJ Store Ordering                                                                   

Orders have to be made at least 2 days in advance. To be able to pick-up your order on Saturday, you must place your online order by Thursday 8pm. 

7. Online Mayagüez Store Ordering                                                                   

Orders have to be made at least 2 days in advance. To be able to pick-up your order on Friday, you must place your online order by Wednesday 8pm. 

8. Online Rincón Store Ordering                                                                   

Orders have to be made at least 2 days in advance. To be able to pick-up your order on Friday, you must place your online order by Wednesday 8pm.  

9. This page is designed for retail customers                                                       

All orders/products in this page are meant for our individual retail customers. Any high quantity order will be monitored and evaluated. If you are interested to buy wholesale you must contact us at 787-658-6220.

10. Uncollected Orders                                                                                         

Uncollected orders will not be refunded. Client must be aware of the day and time selected for pick-up. All our products are perishables and made fresh every day without preservatives, due to their short shelf life, they need to be picked-up and stored on the selected day.   

Cancellation Policy:

Client must request the order cancellation only in writing by email to jmerant.madera@gmail.com, 24 hours before the requested and pre-selected order pick-up time. Messages through social media, text messages or phone calls won't be accepted as a cancellation request.

Uncollected orders will not be refunded, our products are perishables and are baked fresh on a daily basis for our customers.
