Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Client must request the order cancellation only in writing by email to jmerant.madera@gmail.com, 24 hours before the requested and pre-selected order pick-up time. Messages through social media, text messages or phone calls won't be accepted as a cancellation request.

Special seasonal orders like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day will not be refunded, these are limited amounts.

Uncollected orders will not be refunded, our products are perishables and are baked fresh on a daily basis for our customers.
